Episode notes

In Episode 6 of Year One, Steven Rea shares what Northpoint has learned while implementing AI tools across leasing and maintenance.

The central lesson: when an agent gives an inconsistent answer or reaches an undefined exception, the problem is often not the AI. It is an unclear process, incomplete context, or a team that has not agreed on the new handoffs.

The goal is not to declare an organization “AI ready.” It is to identify one clear workflow, understand what has to be true for an agent to participate in it, and improve from there.

The Residential Operators is a Northpoint production.
